Ten Threats to Revival Part 7 - The Seeker Sensitive Movement

The seeker sensitive movement is a significant threat to revival. We must absolutely refuse to tone down the activity of the Holy Spirit out of respect of those who are less hungry, less committed and resistant to a supernatural life. The Holy Spirit is much better than us at drawing those who are lost in sin, and a white hot atmosphere of prayer and God's presence will result in them hitting their knees and repenting. They will be born again in the prayer room and they will never want to leave! Revival is going to be marked by unusual manifestations that will look foolish to those who are naturally minded. Our goal isn't to water down a revival culture for their sake. It's to understand that when God breaks out, as in Acts 2, many will marvel and many will mock and the furnace must get hotter not cooler when that happens.

John discusses ten clear and present dangers to revival breaking out in a region. If we can diffuse these threats we will be on the verge of a massive city-wide outpouring!
